VIVA!

A fun, effective full body workout to great music!
Low complexity, high energy cardio dance plus standing toning work for legs, bum. arms & core.
Set to great music this class will raise your pulse while firming and toning all muscle groups.

VIVA! - Lite

This is a fun, low impact, low intensity dance fitness class suitable for all ages and abilities.
We take it at an easier pace than in my regular Viva dance fitness classes without sacrificing any of the fun!

The music is uplifting and the moves are easy to follow and adapt to your own fitness level.
